Wonderful hotel! Probably the best fitness room we have ever seen at a hotel. The pool was okay, breakfast had a little bit of everything that my son's, my husband and I were able to enjoy.
This is a really nice hotel for an extended stay. The staff go out of their way to be friendly and personable and make a connection. The breakfast is standard Hilton, so it changes daily over 7 days. Which is expected and usual. The outdoor patio is EXCELLENT for an after hours drink, and because the pool is indoors, it's quieter than expected. Location is fantastic, right off the interstate on upper Peach. EVERYTHING you want is less than 15 minute drive, even with traffic. I'll be going back to Erie for at least 5 days in the next 2 months and won't even look at other properties.
Best upgrade i say. Me and my family were visiting lake Erie. We were at another hotel until they told us that we can't be there due to the condition of that hotel. But the attendant from home2 suites was able to book us in the same day. And the accommodation was superb. Great rooms great service. Great upgrade form others
My daughter and I spend a long weekend at this hotel, the front desk clerks were not friendly never said anything to us or acknowledged we were there....time to have an updated training on how to treat customer. The only time anyone at the front desk, David was his name, was when we were on our way out and leaving. The room was spacious, we found everything okay but a few things: In the bathroom there was dirt in the corners, also the shower needed to be caulked along the edge, also no toilet paper holder, it just sat on the shelf. Another issue I had was there were dirt spots on the rooms everywhere, the floor looked like peel and stick floor squares. I realize these seem like minor issues, but I feel that they should be addressed.
The room was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful even though it was July 4 and we were the last room they booked. The breakfast they had was absolutely delicious.
What a gem of a hotel to stay at. This hotel has everything you need for. Comfortable stay. The beds and pillows are really good quality! I love the decor and the comfy vibe. Biggest thing is the front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. This is deff going to be our go to when travelling in this area.
We were in town for a hockey tournament, after a snafu at another hotel, Home2suites was able to get our team all clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was great. Marquis Barnes was super helpful in sorting out our block reservations. Would definitely stay again
good variety for kids. The room is well equipped with everything you might need, and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this place. The pool could be a bit warmer, and they could improve the organization regarding pool cleaning. The location is quite accessible, though a bit away from everything. Still, I definitely recommend it.
